“Where is her house?”
1 Wisdom has built her house,
She has hewn out her seven pillars;
2 She has prepared her food, she has mixed her wine;
She has also set her table;
Her house is revealed in the revelation of the Lamb, that is where we will find the way to the house of wisdom. Jesus Christ is the way into this house.
“Where is Jesus Christ?”
Again (as you’ll find in the previous post) this following text will be small, but necessary for a reference point, and I’ll give the key verses after so you’re not forced to squint your eyes:
1 I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a book written inside and on the back, sealed up with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the book and to break its seals?” 3 And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the book or to look into it. 4 Then I began to weep greatly because no one was found worthy to open the book or to look into it; 5 and one of the elders *said to me, “Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals.”6 And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth. 7 And He came and took the book out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. 8 When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 9 And they *sang a new song, saying,“ Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.10 “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.”
The key verses from Revelation 5 above are; “1 I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a book written inside and on the back, sealed up with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the book and to break its seals?” 3 And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the book or to look into it.”—John the apostle of Jesus Christ is witnessing business conducted in the kingdom of God which is where the house of wisdom resides.
You’ll see that the Lamb of God that was slain, the Son of God, and the Son of Man are all one-in-the-same Person. Jesus Christ lived in the flesh of Man as God to do a work; His ministry exists today in declaration of that work; Jesus was crucified on the cross as the Lamb that was slain for the purpose of salvation and reconciliation to God. This work is being witnessed by John at the time of his exile on Patmos—who was still alive in the flesh while caught up in the spirit—as conclusive inspiration to all “Being” (as I think Jordan Peterson would identify our archetypal existence) or Creation that Jesus Christ is our worthy King.
“What about the seven pillars?”
So check this out!
As we continue reading in Revelation 5 (v.12) we’ll find the meaning of the seven pillars!
“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.”
I mean…
look!
at!
that!
When we proclaim the truth of the gospel and utter the oracles of God, we are serving the world with the 7 PILLARS that the Holy Spirit has hewn inside the soul of a believer!
Remember!
2 She has prepared her food, she has mixed her wine;
She has also set her table;
3 She has sent out her maidens, she calls
From the tops of the heights of the city:
4 “Whoever is naïve, let him turn in here!
”To him who lacks understanding she says,
5 “Come, eat of my food
And drink of the wine I have mixed.
6 “Forsake your folly and live,
And proceed in the way of understanding.”
When the soul of a person unites with the Word of God by faith through believing in Jesus Christ, a consummation of marital intimacy occurs producing the significance of:
- Power
- Riches
- Wisdom
- Might
- Honor
- Glory
- Blessing
And this is how we set our house in perfect order as Jordan Peterson’s rule 6 would describe, but without Christ; we are serving the world in a different manner, one that has plates filled with the food of demons, and that is a house built on sand—don’t receive that person’s “food”.
How you have built your house in faith will determine the condition of food you have to offer; your house is your soul, your food is your influence, and your wine is a testimony about you, but Who do you serve; God or the devil? You can NOT serve two masters.
I’ve reached my deadline before tomorrow… write to you then…
Set your soul in perfect order!
