The timer is set!
Under an hour inspiration, at your service.
Putting myself under pressure causes me to operate on a different wave length. I like it.
With that said, I encourage you, reader, to apply the technique on yourself. Put a time restraint on yourself for a what needs completed in that time and GET TO IT, get to work. I think you’ll surprise yourself when applying this strategy to your life, because we tend to get complacent and procrastinate necessary production for completing projects.
Steps to strategy!
- Set Timer
- Stay Focused
- Stop and Publish
It’s really that simple. And you’ll be surprised at what you get finished, feeling accomplished because you took this strategy to heart.
Now about the “Stop and Publish”, this is an example to publishing an article you’re inspired to complete within in an hour. But take out of the example, the core value.
The core value is…
Production
Whatever it is you need to accomplish, set the timer, and get to work. It doesn’t matter what it is. And if you get that project finished, be satisfied and move on to the next task at hand.
If you do not get the project finished within that hour, then take a break from it as it may not be time for it to be completed for reasons beyond the understanding; taking your mind off of the project to accomplish a different task may aid in that previous projects’ completion.
Don’t get stressed, that is not purpose of this strategy. If you are getting stressed, then you’re putting to much obsession to something that should not have control over your attitude. Keep your heart and mind sober, respect the project and reason you’re working on it.
God Speed!
