Why is it so important not to be ashamed of Jesus Christ?
What is the Scripture that solves this mystery? [book chapter : verse/s].
SCRIPTURE CLUES
- Revelation 1:7 – BEHOLD, HE IS COMING WITH THE CLOUDS, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen.
- Matthew 24:30 – And at that time the sign of the Son of Man [coming in His glory] will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth [and especially Israel] will mourn [regretting their rebellion and rejection of the Messiah], and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory [in brilliance and splendor].
- 2 Thessalonians 6-8 – This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are also suffering—since indeed God considers it just to repay with affliction those who afflict you, and to grant relief to you who are afflicted as well as to us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
JOURNAL
When thinking about past situations around certain environments, I feel like I’ve made the mistake of treating my Lord with shame, not intentionally, but by not know how to handle the convictions of the Holy Spirit in the midst of world experience’s. I’m still learning through this discipline.
