Octo 7, 2023: Solve Scripture

TODAY’S MYSTERY

How is it impossible to be renewed again to repentance after experiencing the nature of divine love, love that renews the mind and convicts the soul to understand divine truth? There is a dangerous consequence when falling away from righteous truth to keep the divine lie that says, “It’s okay to sin, Jesus will crucify again.” Write what you think that Scripture is by commenting [book chapter : verse/s].

SCRIPTURE CLUES
  •  Psalm 63:1 – O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water.
  • Psalm 34:8 – O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good! Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts and takes refuge in Him. [I Pet. 2:2, 3.]

JOURNAL

I’m so thankful for the Psalms! They provide such… rejuvenation, to my soul.

What good does your soul taste when tasting that the Lord is good?

Today’s mystery is one that can induce fear if not appropriately maturing in grace through faith, and is a scripture that members of the Body of Christ have brought much conflict about. There is an argument that a believer is not susceptible to the kind of temptation from the devil that after the unbeliever is saved and converted to a believer, that, it is impossible for that believer to commit apostacy in the way that trades truth for the lie, which is, ultimately, the devil’s gain—delusion settles within the mind of the “believer” and lives by a false gospel because that soul chose their idol of sin.

What or who is your idol of sin?
