The distance between us is vast and time…unrelenting. The feeling of disconnect is surreal. The weight of dissonance is bearing. How did I get here? Where am I going? My compass is broken. I’m lost. Why was I abused? Why am I hurt? I don’t understand. I’m confused. Do you love me? Do you care? I need you. I despair. Help me…God! Help them…! Am I alone here? Are you out there?!

Take a moment to breathe. Reset. Get some coffee or tea … but come back.

There is so much complexity in the human life it is damn near impossible for many let alone any one person (even if it is yo mamma or people most dear to you) to fully grasp the understanding of you or person behind the screen next to you.

What of the idea there is one who knows you in all your complexity. Have you considered that idea? A person that knows you in your entirety: constant flux of events, experiences, emotions, thoughts, desires, motives, attitudes, actions. We believe there is such a Person. Come take a look into our faith. Feel welcome in the name of Jesus Christ. The restrooms are wherever you are.

  2. Today we still find too many people calling themselves Christian who still not accept that Jesus is the sent one from God, and not god having come down on this world. We can only pray and hope more people shall come to see that Jesus is the way to God (and not to himself) and that he did everything to do the will of God instead of his own will, giving himself as a ransom for the sins of many.
